Hi I'm Max! This is my story and how Ruff Town Rescue got started. My hoomans adopted me from a dog hoarding situation when I was only 6 weeks old. The conditions were awful and I was very sick with parvo. The fight for my life was on! My hoomans jumped right into action.

Hi I'm Max! This is my story and how Ruff Town Rescue got started. My hoomans adopted me from a dog hoarding situation when I was only 6 weeks old. The conditions were awful and I was very sick with parvo. The fight for my life was on! My hoomans jumped right into action.

I got the necessary medication and fluids I needed to start the long road to recovery. During this time my hoomans began doing research on what dog food would boost my immune system. They found out that most kibble is not made with quality ingredients. Although there is a lot of controversy on feeding raw it was the best choice for me. I started to get stronger and stronger everyday.

With all the research my hoomans did to find the proper diet for me they also did a lot of research on pet treats, because we need treats, am I right? That's how Ruff Town Rescue was born. From my hoomans rescuing me to rescuing your hoomans from subpar pet treats and now helping to rescue other pets in need. Our Ruff Town Rescue Treats are single ingredient pet treats with a purpose. My story has a happy ending I'm now 8 yrs old and thriving. Love Max
