Shipping policy
1 Delivery conditions, provision
1.1 We deliver our products within United States. If you have any further queries contact us by email (support@rufftownrescue.com).
1.2 Unless otherwise stated in the offer, the following delivery times apply: The delivery times are made up of the processing time, the production time and the transportation time:
The processing time is 1-3 working days
The production time is between 5-10 working days, depending on the model
The transportation time is 5-15 working days
There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. The shipping times exclude delays during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine's Day or similar.
1.3 If you are a consumer, it is regulated by law that the risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item during shipment only passes to you when the goods are handed over to you, regardless of whether the shipment is insured or uninsured. This does not apply if you have independently commissioned a transport company not named by the entrepreneur, or another person designated to carry out the shipment.
If you are an entrepreneur, delivery and shipment shall be at your risk.
1.4 Direct delivery to parcel lockers and parcel stations is generally not possible and the parcel will be returned to us in this case.
1.5 You will receive an email with a tracking number after the parcel has been dispatched. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer support (support@rufftownrescue.com).
1.6 Tracking may take up to 5 working days to update the location after the number has been provided. We ask for your understanding and patience.
1.7 If you provide an incorrect delivery address or a delivery address with missing information, we will not be responsible for missing or delayed parcels;
1.8 If your order is “lost” during shipment, please report this in writing by email to support@rufftownrescue.com. After 20 - 25 working days the shipping service provider will classify the items as lost and from this point on we can refund or replace your order.
1.9 If your tracking shows that the shipment has been delivered, but you have not received your shipment, we cannot refund or replace the shipment. Please take the following steps to locate your shipment:
If you have had the item sent to your place of work, please check whether the parcel has been delivered to a post office or a colleague.
If you have ordered the parcel to be sent to your home, please check whether the parcel has been accepted by a neighbor or a member of your household.
